3 WORKSHOPS ICE PROCUREMENT AND THE SUPPLY CHAIN APRIL WESTMINSTER Along with the conference programme, the Institution is offering delegates to opportunity to join two unique workshops designed to help organisations develop a sustainable procurement strategy and implement the new EU regulations. WORKSHOP ONE (09:00-10:40 or 13:35 TO 15:10) Value for Money in Procurement for Sustainable Development The workshop will provide guidance in drafting and implementing procurement strategies that enable sustainable development, but utilise budgets in the most efficient and cost-saving way. WORKSHOP TWO (11:10-12:45 or 15:40-17:15) The New EU Public Procurement Rules in Practice The workshop will provide clarity on the practical implementation of the new EU regulations on public procurement, with a special focus on the issue of providing access to documentation and resolving conflicts relating to intellectual property. The workshops will be run twice daily in the morning and then repeated in the afternoon, giving delegates the option to also attend the relevant conference sessions.
