This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to room availability. 8. If your company information is not the same as on the application form; or company information provided in the application form is incorrect, HKTDC reserves the rights to void this sponsorship without prior notice. All hotel charges will be settled on your account. 9. Your company information and personal particulars must be identical to the information on your application form, business card and passport. 10. You must show up at the HKIDGPS 2018 / HKIJS 2018 and complete a questionnaire when collecting the Hotel Subsidy Voucher at the Buying Mission Service Counter. The person collecting the Hotel Voucher and the stamps must be the same person applying for this programme. 11. Acknowledgement Letter, the original copy of passport with landing slip, boarding pass, air ticket receipt and business card MUST BE presented upon the collection of hotel voucher and stamps. 12. Successful applicants applying for subsidization are required to visit both fairs regardless of the number of nights subsidized. 13. Hotel will levy one-night charge on your credit card if you do not show up on the specified date. 14. If the choice of hotel is fully booked, HKTDC will designate a hotel to the applicant. 15. HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of disputes over this sponsorship programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.
