12 Annual Energy & Water Benchmarking Annual Requirements Track whole-building electricity, gas, and water data If you are already tracking whole-building data in ESPM, you do not need to request data from LADWP or So Cal Gas Enter past calendar year s whole-building data in to Energy Star Por[olio Manager (ESPM) Obtain an Energy Star Score For Your Property through ESPM* Complete a Benchmarking Report from Por[olio Manager Submit Benchmarking Report to the LADBS Public Database * Buildings not eligible for a score must sall benchmark and complete the Benchmarking Report
