The TAMKO Choice Rewards Program applies to qualifying purchases made between March 1, 2013 and December 31, TAMKO reserves the right to alter or end or modify this program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, supply shortages, natural disaster or other acts of God. Completed reward forms and documentation must be received by TAMKO no later than January 15, Q. What documentation is required to participate in the program and where do I begin? A. Documentation includes a completed copy of the TAMKO Choice Rewards Form, proof of purchase (photocopy of original invoice on company letterhead no handwritten invoices) and verification of payment from a TAMKO stocking distributor or dealer of qualifying TAMKO products. The TAMKO Choice Rewards Form must be completed before the reward is issued. The form will be sent back if it is not complete. Are there any other qualifying factors I need to be aware of? A. Yes. You must be a roofing or decking contractor installing the qualifying TAMKO products purchased from a TAMKO distributor. The minimum purchase requirements are 100 squares for TAMKO roofing products, 100 boards for TAMKO decking products, 30 Tam-Rail rail kits and 30 Marquee rail sections for TAMKO railing products. Q. What are the qualifying products and reward amounts for each product? A. See inside for details. Q. Can I submit for more than one promotion on the same product? A. No. Rewards usually have a limit on the number of claims that can be submitted for each customer. Using additional addresses that are not your own to qualify for more than the limit per customer is considered mail fraud and is against the law. To find out specific terms and conditions, or the limit of how many rewards are allowed for that offer, please check your reward form. Q. Do I need to send the original receipt? A. A photocopy of a receipt is usually sufficient to redeem your reward. Photocopies of the original invoice on company letterhead no handwritten invoices are accepted. If you send your original, always make a copy to keep for your records. Q. I ve lost my receipt. What should I do? A. Please visit the distributor or dealer where the purchase was made and ask them to reprint a receipt for you. This process can be more easily facilitated if you know the date of purchase. Q. I submitted my rebate after the dates specified. Will I still receive my reward payment? A. If the postmark date has passed for your reward, you will NOT be eligible for that reward.
