Your approval ofthis agenda item will begin the process of improving efficiency of operations for the school district and provide students with greater opportunities to expand their educational horizons upon the completion of the school's construction. School Year Transfer grades four and five from George Munroe and St. John Elementary Schools to James A. Shanks Middle School. Shanks will become a grade 4 through 8 middle school. Transfer grades PK through three students from St. John Elementary to George W. Munroe Elementary School and discontinue operations at St. John Elementary School.
