We reside in the center of Palm Beach County. one of the most frequently visited locations in the US. Our city boasts beautiful beaches, a gorgeous shopping mall and continues to be a place that is excellent for raising families and establishing local businesses. would serve as an asset to the CRA board in that my goal is to see Boynton Beach as one of the premier places to visit for Florida natives and tourists alike. n addition, educating local business owners to beautify their storefronts will attract and maintain a constant flow of new business owners that will create more jobs for the residents. create more revenue for the city. and encourage more developments ncreasing the overall presence of the city. Briefly identify three 1) The city has done a great job so far with the Downtown area, especially with the Little House remodeling redevelopment issues facing the City project but there is still so much work that is necessary to improve our Downtown. Cars are traveling on one side of the road to avoid driving through deep water. The driveways of the homes on Seacrest flood causing a struggle for these homeowners to get in and out of their homes. 've attached pictures to fully express my concern about this area and its' residents. t is our job as a city to/esolve this issue. We have several schools n the area, imagine your child has to walk through inches (minimum) of water to get to and from school ona rainy day, This is a serious safety ssue which must be resolved immediately.
