2 A meeting of the APEX Committee held on 24, under the Chairpersonship of Secretary, Ministry of Tribal to appraise and approve the proposals submitted by the Tribal Research Institutes of I'ripura for funding under the scheme 'support to TRI'. However, first instalment should be capped at80yo of release approval as above. Balance will be released after mid-term review of performance, around September At that time, the State will have to demonstrate that activities sanctioned upto have been completed, and allthe activities approved for have actually started. 4.
