3 CHARITABLE EVENTS ART ON THE LAKE Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club presents the 3rd Annual Art on the Lake on Sunday, January 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. Stroll along the promenade and enjoy the work of many fine artists from throughout Southwest Florida. Purchase the first official Art on the Lake poster with proceeds benefiting, ARTSPEAK, a program in the Lee County Schools helping students with autism focus on their strengths using art as a medium for self-expression. RESIDENT GUEST PASS POLICY All guests over the age of 1 wishing to use the Beach Club amenities must have a Guest Pass. Guest Passes are valid for up to 2-weeks, and each residence may request up to Guests Passes during any two week period. Tuesday is designated as recycling day, and Wednesday is our assigned trash collection day. All recycling and trash receptacles should be placed neatly at the curb prior to :30 a.m. on collection days. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE We are pleased to announce improvements to our airport transportation service at Miromar Lakes. Transportation to Southwest Florida International Airport is now available 24/7 through Apple Transportation. MEETING MATTERS The monthly Resident Question & Answer Session is regularly scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month at 1:30 p.m. in the Theater at the Beach Clubhouse. If you are unable to attend, you can submit your questions to the Concierge Desk. Note that the January Q & A will be on Tuesday, January 11 at 1:30 p.m. Join the Hearts of Miromar ladies on the first Monday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Beach Clubhouse for a luncheon and presentation. 7 Kidz Korner MOVIE NIGHT The Theater is strictly for children every Wednesday and Friday, from to 8 p.m. when they can enjoy Kidz. POOLSIDE KRAFTS Get the creative juices flowing for Kidz Poolside Krafts. These artistic masterpieces are sure to produce smiles and a great sense of accomplishment on Saturdays, January15, February 19 and March 19 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Beach Club. Players will be drafted for four teams. The Finals will be held on March 1 at p.m. New Leagues for 2011 are now forming. Play begins in January. Inquire about league-play levels and times at the Tennis Center. It is strictly Ladies' Night Out every Tuesday from 5 to p.m. at the Tennis Club. The men get their play on at Men s Night Out on every other Tuesday, January 11, January 25, February 8, February 22, March 8 and March 22 from to 7:30 p.m. The format for ladies and men is random sign-up with doubles pairings.
