5 PARKING INFORMATION WEDNESDAY APRIL 8 TH, 2015 Free parking is available after 5 pm only at surface lots. These lots are within walking distance of the PSWC Check-In, which will be located at the Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering (AME) Building Courtyard (1130 N. Mountain Avenue). Please see Campus map. THURSDAY APRIL 9 TH, 2015 Charter buses and vans must drop off and pick up attendees in the bus bay in front of McClelland Hall (1130 E. Helen St.). See Maps I and II on the next page. Black arrows show easiest ways for vehicles to access the bus bay (enclosed in rectangle). Red arrow shows underpass for pedestrians to cross Speedway Blvd. and access drop point. Trailers and charter buses can be parked for free at the off-campus Lot 9008 (located at 315 S. Plumer Avenue), or at their school s hotels. Lot 9008 is only open from 6:30am 6:30pm. Transportation is not provided between the lot and campus. Vehicles (excluding trailers and charter buses) will need their individual parking passes purchased through UA SCE to park on the U of A campus (Thursday April 9 th only). Please note that parking passes may be restricted to a single garage. Schools will be notified if this is the case when they receive their parking passes at the PSWC Check-in on Wednesday, April 8 th. FRIDAY APRIL 10 TH, 2015 Free parking for all vehicles, trailers, and charter buses at Silverbell Lake/Christopher Columbus Park. Entrances are off Silverbell Road and parking can be found in either of the two northernmost lots. Please limit the number of vehicles taken to the lake as space is limited. SATURDAY APRIL 11 TH, 2015 Free parking for all vehicles in garages, as well as for vehicles, trailers, and charter buses at surface lots (shown on campus map) near the Park Ave. Garage (location of Steel Bridge Competition: 1140 N Park Ave). Parking is free, but please plan on arriving early because lots will not be reserved. 5

10 CANOE/BRIDGE/DOG HOUSE AESTHETICS Each school will be given one pass at the PSWC Check-In on Wednesday April 8 th. This pass will allow one vehicle + trailer to enter the Mall area for Aesthetics on Thursday April 9 th. Vehicles will enter campus at the intersection of University Blvd. & Park Ave., and exit onto Cherry Ave. at the far eastern end of the Mall. See map below. Drop off will be 5am-8am, and pick up will be 1:30pm-4pm. Please be aware of your schools aesthetics time slots for Canoe, Dog House, and Bridge on the morning of April 9 th. Your school s set up must be completed by the scheduled times. The Mall will be marked & sectioned off into spaces for each school. 10
