4 Advertising Deadlines To get the most out of your sponsorship and/ or to advertise in our printed (and electronic) Conference Program, your Sponsorship Form and/or advertisement must be received by September 1, If not received by that date, your sponsorship will be listed in the on site Conference Materials if form received by October 30th. Advertise on Web Conference Page...$400 Place a full color ad on the web page highlighting the Pinehurst Conference and online registration. This page will surely receive a lot of traffic!
