21 Conclusions Remarkable consistency in priorities and satisfaction across the three surveys (,, ) Despite three years of budget reductions, strongly positive Diversity has been identified as the number one university priority by underrepresented minorities and graduate students and the number four priority overall We have increased satisfaction in the areas of athletics, being a great place to learn, sustainability and the environment, and recruitment and retention of faculty, staff and students. Going forward we need to improve our campus work environment, improve our optimal resource allocation, and continue to strengthen our connections with alumni and friends
