Present: Zeta Phi Beta: Vanessa Alpha Phi Alpha: Juwan, Chris, VJ Sigma Gamma Rho: Ja kel Phi Beta Sigma: Julian and Darion Exec: Charles,Vanessa,Brittany,and Jon IV. Not Present: Kappa Alpha Psi 2 members Omega Psi Phi 2 members Exec: Jay, Marcus V. Guest Speakers: A. Carlye Genisio- FSL GA - Please participate in Greek week B. Joe Morris- Director of New Student Programs - SOAR leaders for the summer - Compensated 40 hours a week( 3 day weekends) - Boomer meals and free living in Hutchens GPA & 30 hours completed C. Breanna Holland- Alpha Chi Omega Nacho Night D. Patricia - Alpha Chi Omega Nacho Night - Oct. 9th pm - $5 for nachos, toppings, and drinks E. Zach - Running for Homecoming King - Wants to advocate for students - Participate in Greek Week - Elections for homecoming 15th -19th VI. Officer Reports A. President: 1. NAACP For the Culture Game Night: Family Feud a) Let Brittany know if you want to play on the NPHC team b) Give questions c) December 6th d) Fundraising event(whoever raises the most money gets to play)

Blog Posts a) We can showcase community service and philanthropy and gives campus the opportunity to see us in a different light - Megan Asbury wants to put different orgs on the FSL Blog b) Give her info about community service events and how much money we raised B. Vice President 1. LGBT Pride month 2. Homecoming Application Packet needs to be turned in with the fee 3. We have everyone but AKA s, Iota s, and Deltas 4. $20 for everyone who doesn t go here, $5 for greeks, $10 for students, $15 for students at the door with a Missouri State ID 5. Make sure we re pubbing with the link included 6. Black Alumni Council having the comedy show the same time as step show B. Secretary 1. Events schedule for the next month C. Treasurer 1. Balance 2. Outstanding PHA: $ Dues due October 3rd, $100 per org a) Chapters that are late b) 7 business days will result in a fine 4. New dues process a) $25 per member but still 1 invoice for your chapter 5. The grace period end today, if you haven t set up apan then you ll be charged $25 6. Diversity fund proposal will be sent today, we are proposing for the full expense of the step show D. Sergeant at Arms 1. Constitution update E. Public Relations: 1. Wednesdays are Perri days! VII. Advisor Report A. Study hall s for Sept attendance for advisors and presidents - Punishment comes from advisors B. Advisor updates for OSE - Potential Advisors Have to be full time faculty/staff

Oct 25th 5:30-7PM in PSU 308 a) Masculinity and leadership b) Will attach flyer to minutes c) Sign up link E. Form Deadline Dec 6th 1. Don t forget to report service hours, donations, and educational events within the proper timelines! Old Business D. Committee Reports 1. Step Show Committee a. Organizations Participating b. Cost updates i. Turn in the fee with the application c. Electronic tickets d. Dress rehearsal sign ups - Each team will have 15 minutes - 2 or 2:30 e. Sponsorships - Packages for covering shirts and etc. - Sunday Oct. 14th is the deadline for sponsors to sign up - We should reach out to some of the FSL chapters f. Hosts 2. Tailgate Committee a. Org assignments for HC tailgate - Sigmas drinks, grill, lighter fluid - Zetas Spaghetti - Nupes Napkins, Cups, plates, condiments, and forks - SGRhos Dessert, mac n cheese - Alphas Baked Beans - Omegas grill mac n cheese 3. Homecoming Committee a. Remember to do 2 pomping hours per org each week b. EAch org pick a day of the week that a lot of members can attend 4. Constitution Committee a. Discussion on changes 5. Funding/selection of AFLV attendees - Exec members have a guaranteed spot, would like a rep from each org - How to build chapters memberships - Separate D9 workshop - Stipulations - GPA - Meeting Attendance - Recommendation Letters - Greek Award/ FSL - Would like to find someone to go who isn t represented by exec - If a member of exec can t go they should find someone to fill their spot from their chapter - Brief statement of why you want to do X.
