14 14 Enroll Your Child in a Certified FCC Home Fort Huachuca Family Child Care (FCC) Providers are Certified through the Fort Huachuca FCC Office. All Providers complete an extensive background check process, prepare and submit monthly Activity Plans, follow a Daily Activity Schedule, meet all United States Department of Agriculture meal requirements, attend on-going training, and are inspected on a regular basis. Out professionally trained Providers offer safe and nurturing environments that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children, while responding to the ever-challenging needs of our Families. Advantages of enrolling children in FCC Homes include: Homes are multi-age and reflect a family atmosphere. Individualized care for each child and family. Siblings can stay together. Small-group environment, no more than six children in the home. Schedules are more flexible for parents who have unusual or extended work hours. FCC Providers are located on Fort Huachuca. They are able to meet your children's needs. We consider our FCC Homes to be your child's Home Away From Home and hope they will feel the same way. We look forward to serving you. Please call Parent Central Services at to enroll your child(ren) in a certified FCC home. Please do not begin caring for children until you have been certified by the Garrison Family Child Care Office Providing unauthorized child care jeopardizes your eligibility for housing. Check with the Family Child Care Office to learn about FCC Certification. It s a good thing. Everybody wins.
