4 Spring Wingman Day (WGD) 1 of 2 half day Wingman Days events per CY 1 April May As an MRT/RTA you can help your Unit with Comprehensive Airman Fitness Spring Time Wingman Day: Domain and Tenets "Mental and Social Fitness" Mandatory for Active Duty Service members All others and family members are encouraged to attend. Unit-level guidance focused on small group activities and team building exercises Be Creative and Have Fun! Participant Feedback is used to improve future wingman day events and is highly encouraged
