The application sought a eviation against clause of the standard which relates to the braking of OTMs in running mode when working outside of a possession for working at speeds greater than 30 km/h shall comply with BS E :2011 clause 9. The scope of the eviation applied to the three Loram Rail grinding machines being procured by etwork Rail. eviation application EV, for pproval GMRT2400 Engineering esign of On-Track Machines in Running Mode pplicant: Loram Maintenance of Way Inc. This will address the specific case within clause of the LOC+PS TSI permitting GB to establish the compatibility with trackside equipment other than that defined in the specification referenced in BS E :2009.
