32 OUTLOOK HIRING INTENTIONS IN 2017 In Europe, all sectors and regions are trending upwards In France, since January, there has been continued growth in temporary employment (+ 8.4%) The employment market for managerial staff looks promising, particularly in the services sector (IT and telecoms, engineering and R&D, legal and accounting and consultancy activities), representing between 208,000 and 225,000 hires. More than 65% of hiring intentions are coming from SMEs/SMIs, whose managers are currently showing a high level of confidence and willingness to invest 2017: a positive year for growth Sources: Pôle emploi, Le Figaro, Les Echos, etc. 32
