62 RULES OF THE GAME When you rent items from us we want to ensure your experience is a great one every time. Here is an overview of the important stuff. Our products Many of our items can run on battery and this is specified in the listing. If this is important for your event please discuss this with us and we can advise options and ideas for the best solution for you. Once you have an event date and selected the items you require we will be able to advise you on the availability and send a quotation. Handling fee We take great care of our products so that they arrive in excellent condition every time. A handling fee applies to each rental for the delivery, set up and removal of items. The amount depends on the location, quantity and type of items rented. Minimum charge applies. We also offer dry rental (collection & return by customer) for certain non delicate items. Branding Many of our items can be branded, for which we need artwork in EPS or Illustrator format at least 10 working days prior to the event, price by quotation. You can also organise your own branding on certain items however we do not allow any third parties to brand our classic vehicles. Rates and payment Special rates apply for multiple day rentals. Bookings are subject to a contract and items are not blocked until payment is received. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The rental contract is an absolute must, but don t worry, it is short, simple and very reasonable. Note that your purchase order does not replace our rental contract. Loss and damages All materials will be delivered in perfect working condition. Material lost or damaged will be charged to your account at our current replacement rates. For dry rentals (collection and return by customer) we require a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the items in good condition on the agreed date. Late returns will be charged for. Power battle Battery or cable, which is best? Well it really depends on your requirements. Many of our products have been adapted so that you can use them on battery or cable. We are happy to advise. What to choose, when and why? CABLE In many cases this gives the brightest light output.
