9 The IAOH Tamilnadu celebrated the 70th Independence day by conducting a medical camp for workers who had retired from an industry (Tube Products of India, Avadi, Chennai). On 14 August the camp was held at Avadi, Chennai. The members from IAOH Tamilnadu participated in the camp. About 50 members were examined and suitable advice was given. It was a proud moment on this occasion of Independence Day for the branch for having shown the respect and love for the senior citizens who had retired from an industry.
