2 Company Overview MEDIGO is medical travel made simple. Founded by three Berlin-based entrepreneurs, MEDIGO improves access to healthcare for people everywhere. It is an easy-to-use online platform and service that makes it simple to find and schedule affordable, high-quality medical care worldwide. 3 Our Founders and Medical Board Ugur Samut - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Co-Founder Ugur drives MEDIGO s overall strategic vision while overseeing all facets of the company s operations. He brings years of experience in marketing, branding, and strategic partnerships from his previous work in the travel and startup industry. He is a recognized expert in developing online marketplaces functioning across international boundaries. Ugur holds degrees in marketing and international management. Ieva Soblickaite - Chief Product Officer (CPO) & Co-Founder Ieva leads MEDIGO's product strategy to create an intuitive platform that patients enjoy. Bringing more than seven years of product management experience from her previous roles in startups and multinational enterprises, Ieva has developed websites for the travel, publishing, and cosmetic industries including L'Oréal, Vistaprint, and Wimdu. She holds degrees in economics and international management. Pawel Cebula - Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Co-Founder Pawel oversees company strategy, marketing, as well as internal and external operations. He incubated the original idea for MEDIGO at Atlantic Labs, a Berlin-based early-stage investor. Guided by the vision that medical travel is a solution for the problem of access to healthcare, Pawel came up with the idea for a platform and service that makes medical travel easy and safe for everyone. Pawel has previously worked for Bosch and Siemens and has developed major market entry strategies in China. Jan Schaefer (MD, PhD) - Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Jan is a medical doctor trained in orthopedic surgery, specializing in spine surgery, with clinical and research experience in Germany, the UK, and the USA. He oversees the medical provider network, the MEDIGO quality program, and shapes the company strategy from a medical point of view. Jan was a Director of Medical Performance Management at the Charité University Hospital in Berlin and brings more than ten years experience as a Senior project manager for hospitals in DACH, UK, NL, Egypt, and China with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He co-founded paianet SARL, a Swiss ehealth startup. Marty Makary (MD, MPH) - MEDIGO Medical Advisor Dr. Marty Makary is a surgeon at Johns Hopkins Hospital and professor of health policy at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is a New York Times best-selling author of Unaccountable: What Hospitals Won't Tell You and How Transparency Can Revolutionize Health Care and a frequent television medical commentator. Internationally, Dr. Makary is a patient safety expert and served in a leadership role at the United Nations World Health Organization for the Safe Surgery Saves Lives initiative. In 2013, Dr. Makary was named one of the most influential people in healthcare by Health Magazine.

6 Our Product How it Works for Patients MEDIGO is a platform that lists trusted hospitals and clinics worldwide. To schedule an appointment or to get a personalized treatment cost estimate, a patient simply submits an inquiry via telling us the procedure they want and the destination(s) they are open to travel to. We then contact the patient to help organize their medical records, to determine whether or not they have any specific needs, and to plan their trip abroad. Throughout the patient s medical travels, a MEDIGO team member is available 24/7 should any support or assistance be needed. MEDIGO Patient Journey

With over 900 facilities, our trusted network provides patients with 2,000 medical procedures from 35 specialties including oncology, reproductive medicine, plastic surgery, and dentistry.
