Flight Arrangement and Extension Should your treatment take longer than expected, we will assist you in altering your flight arrangements and the extension of your visa, if required. Airport Transfer Services by Ambulance/Cab Upon request, our IPWS staff can arrange for transport from the airport to the hospital or your hotel via ambulance or cab.

9 VISA APPLICATION AND EXTENSION You will be required to obtain a valid visa prior to your visit to India. Kindly visit the website. Short-term Visit Pass Extension The Indus Patient Welfare Staff (IPWS) will assist you in extending your Short-Term Visit Pass if your treatment takes longer than had been anticipated. Foreign Registration The Foreign Passenger who visits India for any purpose has to register himself/herself to the Foreign Registration Office. IPWS will assist you for the documentation of foreign registration and submission of the documents. How do you obtain Invitation letter for visa: - Once your Medical appointment is confirmed and your travel arrangements are finalized we scan a copy of your invitation letter so you can submit at your respective embassy for approval.
