Those present were: Diputación de Palencia (ES) - Maria de los Ángeles Armisén (Presidenta de la Diputación de Palencia) - José Manuel Fernández - Rafael Martinez - Teresa Pescador ADESPER - Agrupación para el Desarrollo Sostenible y la Promoción del Medio Rural (ES) - Juan Antonio Sánchez - Carlota Martínez CoraNE - Associação de Desenvolvimento dos Concelhos da Raia Nordestina (PT) - Raquel Trigo - Manuela Morais SERVIMA - León (ES) - Carolina Vara - Rosa Villace Agroinstitut Nitra (SK) - Peter Vnucko AIGEAS EKPAIDEFTIKI I.K.E. (GR) - Stergios Papaefthimiou - Christhos Papathanasiou NOTE: Kaidi-Mari Liping from MTU Siksali (EE) was not present due to personal reasons.
4 Morning: At 08:45h the Meeting began with the welcoming of the partners participating in the project LIVING HERITAGE Erasmus+ Project. Next was the presentation of the partners, followed by the reading and signing of the Agreement between each partner and the project Coordinator (Diputación de Palencia). The partner ADESPER, with the support of SERVIMA, presented the general lines and financial rules of the project: - Timetable - Need of the project and objectives - Actions and target groups - Expected results - Partner s budget - Mobility tool+ - External audit The dates of the future transnational meetings were presented: - II Meeting in Braganca (Portugal) June III Meeting in Tallin (Estonia) February IV Meeting in Palencia (Spain) August 2018 And all the partners agreed on this dates. Next, was defined the person representing each partner who will constitute the PERMANENT WORK TEAM (PWT): - Teresa Pescador Diputación de Palencia (ES) - Juan Antonio Sanchez ADESPER (ES), will be the coordinator of the PWT - Carolina Vara SERVIMA (ES), will be the technical coordinator of the PWT - Stergios Papaefthimiou - AIGEAS EKPAIDEFTIKI I.K.E. (GR) - Peter Vnucko - Agroinstitut Nitra, (SK) - Raquel Trigo CoraNE (PT) - Representing the partner of Siksali (EE)???? The permanent evaluation plan (PEP) of the project was discussed, it was pointed out that the main purpose is to detect and correct any deviations that can occur during the implementation of the project. It was agreed to be ADESPER the PEP supervisor because of the fact that they are more familiar with this work. Around 11:30h, took place a pause in the works for a coffee-break and was made a visit to the Diputación of Palencia, where a press conference occurred regarding the project, with the presence of Madame President, Maria de Los Angeles Armisén.
5 At approximately 12.30h the group returned to the conference room to carry on the works. The logo & stamp of the Project was presented by the partner ADESPER. One of the two propositions was chosen unanimously. It was presented and discussed with the partners the chronogram of the project. The partners of the project were informed that although the Previous Analysis and Studies (A2) of the project (previous inquiry; analysis of school curriculum; ) are not to be financed, they must be materialized: study of needs. Each partner will have to research on the school contents that exist in their country regarding to history, geography, social studies, etc. After this research, each partner will have to present the results of the previous study to the stakeholders, in workshops carried out in each country. The curricular analysis made by each partner will give origin to a general curriculum where the cultural heritage is mentioned. What is intended by this is that this final curriculum can be incorporated in the schools. Five Workshops will be carried out in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Estonia and Slovakia, with 20 participants in each one. Other than the teachers different people must be involved such as guides, associations and other entities related with the cultural heritage, so that the final curriculum is more complete. Still related with the issue of the stakeholders, an Agreement Model was presented and should always be signed between the stakeholder and the partner. It is pointed out by ADESPER that this formality is very important for the future accomplishment of the many of the projects objectives Around 14:00 the Lunch break was made. Afternoon: Around 15:30h, partner SERVIMA with the support of ADESPER made a more detailed presentation and began by explaining the Intellectual Outputs of the project. Due to the fact that outputs O3 and O4 are not financed and are not being obligatory to execute them, something must be done so that the project does not lose its coherence. The partners had been informed that all the documents elaborated in the field of the project will have to be translated in the languages of all the partners and whenever possible to make the diffusion in the local media. It proceeded with the presentation of the intellectuals outputs and identified the partners responsible for each one of them.
6 The work group will make a curriculum proposal with more than just the contents; it will also identify the evaluation criteria. Any question regarding the contents are to be sent by to ADESPER. The partners were informed that in the next meeting to be held in Bragança-Portugal (June 2017) output O1 will have to be concluded. It was agreed, for a question of financial economy, to make to at the same time the training course along with the last multiplier event and the Iast meeting. Relatively to this issue, it was agreed that ADESPER is to consult the National Agency for this possibility. In the development of the intellectual outputs each technician will deliver a report of the work accomplished. Until end of February the first report will have to be ready, and after that, every four months will be sent a new report to ADESPER (support for management and justification) and to SERVIMA (technical coordination of contents of the intellectual outputs) Next, it was agreed that until the end of January, ADESPER and the other Spanish partners will make working guide-lines to facilitate the development of the previous analysis and the intellectual outputs. Around 19:00h there was still time for a brief coffee-break and twenty minutes later the work began again. After were discussed the multiplier events, training activities and dissemination actions. In this sense it was agreed that ADESPER and SERVIMA would be in charge of the creation of the project s facebook page and the Diputación of Palencia of the page web. The I Transnational Meeting ended at approximately 20:30.
