SPONSOR: The Sponsor is Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc., 1451 Marvin Griffin Road, Augusta, GA ADMINISTRATOR: Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc., 1451 Marvin Griffin Road, Augusta, GA ELIGIBILITY: The drawing is only open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of states where the age of majority is older than 18) as of the date of entry, as well as residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their Province or Territory as of the date of entry. Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible. The drawing is void (a) outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (including, without limitation, in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions), (b) outside of the following Canadian provinces and territories: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, and (c) wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees of the Sponsor (hereinafter, the Sponsor ), the Sponsor Affiliates (defined as any entity, controlling, controlled by or under common control of the Sponsor) including authorized distributors of the Sponsor s products or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. Each winner must be capable of accepting each prize, and the winner of the Grand Prize must possess a valid passport allowing for international travel. HOW TO ENTER: Entries accepted beginning at 8:00:01 AM ET April 9, 2018 and ending 11:59:59 PM ET August 31, Entrants must fill out the online Ride Over Everything giveaway form at or at official Textron Off Road events where sign-ups are available. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2018 in order to be eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant s online service will apply. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of

2 entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical errors, printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. The Submission may not contain any objectionable content, as determined in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, and must be appropriate for a general family audience. More specifically, by entering the drawing entrants agree not to make Submissions that include unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent material of any kind, or Submissions that include any blatant expression of bigotry, racism, hatred or harassment. By entering the drawing, entrants: (a) declare and warrant that they have all necessary rights, including copyright, to provide the Submission for the purposes of the drawing and grant Sponsor the rights granted herein; (b) declare and warrant that the provision of the Submission and the use by Sponsor of said Submission, as specified herein, does not infringe the rights of third parties; (c) declare and warrant that any recognizable person appearing in the Submission, if applicable, have expressly consented to the reproduction and use of said Submission in connection with the drawing and by Sponsor as specified herein; and (d) automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of rights in said Submission expressly grants) the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates or authorized agents a worldwide, unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, display, translate, reproduce, publish, transfer, adapt, edit, exploit, broadcast, transmit, communicate, publicly display, distribute the Submission and create compilations and derivative works from such Submission for purposes of promoting/advertising the drawing and the Sponsor s products, services and activities. In addition, entrants warrant that all moral rights in connection with the Submission and works appearing in said Submission have been waived (including their own moral rights). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has made a Submission that does not comply with this section. All entries, including written and photographic materials, become the exclusive property of Sponsor. By submitting, entrants grant Sponsor, its agents, representatives, affiliated and subsidiary companies the right to use their name, likeness, and the Submission for digital and non-digital advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, in any language, anywhere in the world, for an unlimited period of time, without any further notice or compensation. Limit One Entry per person regardless of the method of entry. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE VALUE: Ride Over Everything Experience includes:

3 One (1) Grand Prize: Monday, November 12: Commercial Airline Round Trip Flight for winner and one (1) Guest from Winner s preferred location (location must be in the United States or Canada) to San Diego, CA. Transportation will be arranged for Winner and Guest to Ensenada, Mexico. Tuesday, November 13, 2018: Winner and Guest drive Wildcat XX from Ensenada to Mike s Sky Ranch with members of Robby Gordon s race team and Textron Off Road staff. Winner and Guest will stay overnight with members of Robby Gordon s race team and Textron Off Road staff. Wednesday, November 14, 2018: Winner and Guest drive Wildcat XX back to Ensenada to spend the rest of the trip there. Thursday, November 15, 2018: Winner and Guest attend Tech and Contingency with Robby Gordon s race team and other events with Robby Gordon s race team. Friday, November 16, 2018: Winner and Guest watch race. Saturday, November 17, 2018: Transportation will be arranged for Winner and Guest back to San Diego, CA where they will be flown back to their location of choice. Location must be in the US or Canada. All hotel stays, meals, transportation during the time of the event will be covered by the Sponsor. Any liability forms necessary for this event will be handled either prior to the event or the day of the start of the event. Approximate value of Grand Prize is $15,000 (U.S. Dollars). The Sponsor reserves the right to change any of the details of the Prize based on any change in Robby Gordon s race team s schedule, any change in the Sponsor s schedule, or for any other reason not otherwise noted here. The Sponsor reserves the right to change Prizes subject to the terms and conditions set by Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Five (5) Secondary Prizes: Survival Kit including the following: Tactical Laptop Case, Vehicle First Aid Kit, LifeStraw Water Filtration, Gerber Tinderbox Firestarter, Black Rifle Coffee V-TAC Berzerker Blend, Zip Ties, Paracord Bracelet with Compass, Mtn Ops Blaze Energy & Focus Shot, Emergency Thermal Blanket, Gerber MP600, and Streamlight Flashlight. Approximate value of each Secondary Prize is $250 (U.S. Dollars). The Sponsor reserves the right to change Prizes subject to the terms and conditions set by Sponsor.

4 Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the above-listed brands. PRIZE WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: The prize winners will be selected in a random drawing, on September 1, 2018 immediately following the conclusion of the drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this drawing. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone, , and/or Facebook message and will be required to: a) Acknowledge receipt of notification within seven (7) days of initial notification attempt; b) If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone; and c) Complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable after one attempt and/or the prize winner s affidavit and release is not returned to the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of date of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor has the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to refuse to award any prize to a potential winner for any good cause as determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to conduct a publicity and background check of any and all records (including, without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports) of each potential winner and, based on such results, may disqualify the potential winner, in its sole discretion. Each Entrant, determined to be a potential winner, agrees to authorize and cooperate with such publicity and background check. The Grand Prize will take place from November 12, 2018 through November 19, Secondary prizes will be awarded within 6-8 weeks after the random drawing. If any notifications or prizes are returned as undeliverable after one attempt, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one prize per person/family/household. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, require the winner and guest to execute a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of participating in the Ride Over Everything giveaway experience. Failure or refusal of the winner and/or to execute the non-disclosure agreement will result in forfeiture of the prize.

5 GENERAL RULES: Online entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the address/social media account submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address/social media account by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, social media service or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning the address/account used to submit the entry. Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event this drawing is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the online portion of the drawing and, in such event, to select winners by random drawing from among all eligible online entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension, and all eligible mailed entries received. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. All aspects of the prize are nontransferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value of an advertised prize if unavailable for any reason. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The prize winner and their next of kin agree to indemnify and hold harmless and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates, including any accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the prizes or use/misuse thereof or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use the prize. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prizes including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Winner, in accepting his or her prize, consents to the use of his or her name, address (city, state), photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.
