The Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom 2011 Kingdom Tour Competition will begin Monday May 16th 2011 and will end Friday August 26, INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID ADDRESS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER. All artists/groups will be sent an confirmation from the competition coordinators at Gospel Impact Radio and/or GTM Ministries upon the passing the initial screening. REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: The Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom Tour 2011Competition has a registration and administrative fee of $ for those candidates that pass the initial screening. Upon passing the initial screening, the $ registration and administrative fee must be paid within 48 hours after notification of passing screening through a PayPal button located at
3 Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, and voice for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom Tour 2011 Competition Winners must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permissible) within 14 days of receipt of notification or Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by the jury of International Music Professionals from among all remaining Final Candidates. By entering this Promotion, all Entrants agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agencies from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage (including but not limited to property damage, personal injury and/or death), claims, actions, costs and expenses (including without limitation, all attorneys' fees and court costs) arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with any prize or resulting from participation in this Promotion or from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity or use by Sponsor of the Entry in any manner. If the winner is unable to perform their duties pertaining to the prize given, the first runner up will be chosen to replace the candidate as the winner of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes, and customs fees, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. Gospel Impact Radio will not pay any winners' taxes or custom's fees. Notification of the prize will be sent out within a reasonable amount of time, and EKT will use its best efforts to send prizes out in a timely fashion. Prizes which are being sent to the winner from Sponsors may take longer than prizes sent directly from EKT. If after 20 days the winner has not received any portion of prizes, it is winner's responsibility to notify EKT in writing within 30 days, and by certified mail, as to which prizes are outstanding. If winner fails to notify Gospel Impact Radio, will no longer be responsible for delivery of prizes.

VOTING GUIDELINES: Preliminary Weeks- Ten (10) will compete weekly over a twelve week period with two (2) artists advancing to the final week. During the weeks of the competition one vote will be cast online from the listening audience and the other will be cast by
7 the judging panel of International Music Industry Professionals. If the judging panel and the audience both pick the same artist, the judges will pick the second artist to advance to the next round. In order for the Gospel Impact Radio (GIR) listeners to cast and informed vote, each soloist/group will be interviewed on Gospel Impact Radio ( during the week that their song will be played for the outreach contest. Each candidate s single will be played at least once a week on GIR and on GIR UK to encourage listeners all over the world to tune in and vote. Each artist s/vocalist s song and picture will be posted on the GIR Website during the week of the competition to allow the listeners to vote at their leisure before the Friday cut off time. Each week s voting will begin 3:00 pm EST on Monday at and go until11:59 pm EST Friday. Limit one vote per person per week. FINAL WEEK: The Final Twenty-Five (25)- During the final week of the outreach competition, five (5) artist a day will faceoff with one winner a day chosen by the online listening audience. The final three (3) artists/groups will be picked by the International Music Industry Professional to tour Europe in the Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom Tour 2011 Competition. The Winners of the Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom Tour 2011 Competition will be posted on Gospel Impact Radio s media sites ( i.e., radio website, facebook, twitter and etc) and on the website of the tour company responsible for coordinating the 5-city European Tour, GTM Ministries. JUDGING CRITERIA (by jury consisting of International Music Industry Professional): Songs are judged on performance, melody, composition, interview, originality, and lyrics. In addition, artist/group will be judged on their willingness and ability to minister through their music. WINNER SELECTION: The Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom Tour 2011 Winner will be announced on The Afternoon Vibe on Gospel Impact Radio US, and on The Art of Life on Gospel Impact Radio UK August 26th Winner will also be notified by or phone. GIR will use its best efforts to announce the winners at the

9 Artist will follow and agree to the itinerary and program prepared by the Tour Organizer GTM Ministries. If there are any unpredicted changes to the itinerary, Artist must be willing to accept the changes, and let the Tour Organizer make the necessary decisions to make the tour go as smoothly as possible, and work to the best for both Artist, promoter, audience and any other party involved with the individual concerts. The different promoters will make sure there s a band available to perform with the Artist at the night of the concert (depending on genre of music - if this is not possible, Artist will bring tracks). The music will be sent in advance (music files). The repertoire will be decided shortly after we know what candidate won the European Kingdom Tour Opportunity 2011 and will therefore go on this tour. The Artist will be allowed to sell merchandise at the venue, and keep 100% of the proceeds. The materials submitted by the Artist by entering the Gospel Impact Radio European Kingdom Tour 2011 Opportunity can be used freely in marketing/promoting/advertising the tour and the individual concerts. Video and photographic footage obtained at the concerts can also be used by every party involved. Artist may receive copies of photographs and video footage from the concerts with permission and rights to use photographs and video footage in promotional manner.
