1 OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE ALC.CA CAVENDISH BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL (CBMF) VIP EXPERIENCE CONTEST FROM THE ATLANTIC LOTTERY CORPORATION (ALC) The alc.ca CAVENDISH BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL (CBMF) VIP EXPERIENCE contest provides existing and new alc.ca members with a chance to win one (1) of two (2) CBMF prizes. Each prize includes 2 Weekend Passes to the Lotto MAX Corral at CBMF 2018 (July 6, 7, 8, 2018) and $1000 VISA gift card. Every dollar spent on alc.ca from May to June 8, 2018 will give an alc.ca member one (1) automatic entry into the draw for a chance to win. To enter this contest, players need to make at least one (1) $1 purchase on alc.ca and enter their alc.ca address at One (1) dollar CAN spent equals one (1) ballot for a chance to win, i.e. a $5 LOTTO 6/49 ticket will earn 5 entries into contest. Contest Period: The contest begins at 3:00:01 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on May 15, 2018 and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. AST on June 8, 2018 ( Contest Period ). HOW TO ENTER: To enter this contest: 1. Subject to 2. Below, every $1.00 (CAN) spent on alc.ca during the Contest Period will give an alc.ca member one (1) automatic entry into the draw for a chance to win a VIP experience at CBMF. 2. Players must register their alc.ca address on by June 8, 2018, in order for their purchase(s) to qualify. The Players address is only required to be entered once during the Contest Period. 3. Over the Contest Period, up to five (5) bonus periods will be randomly provided to alc.ca members opted in for communications. Information on bonus offers will be delivered to the address provided for communications. The addresses which receives information on the bonus offer will be the address used to identify entries eligible for bonus offers. The bonus offer will multiply the entries for those bonus periods for specified purchases by a number determined by Atlantic Lottery. Players who are not opted in for communication can decide to opt in any point in time during the Contest Period. 4. All games offered on alc.ca are eligible to generate entries for the draw, including: Draw games: LOTTO 6/49, Lotto Max, Atlantic 49 Daily Grand, Bucko Keno, Twist, Tag, and Salsa Bingo. ibingo games: all available games on alc.ca Mini Games: all available Mini Games games on alc.ca Sports: Proline, Spreads, Totals, Parlays, Futures, and Fantasy. Instant Win Games: all available Instant Win games on alc.ca 5. Free plays (LOTTO 6/49, Lotto Max, Bucko, and Salsa Bingo) and tokens (Sports wagers) earned or consumed throughout the Contest Period will NOT generate entries into the contest.

2 6. Tickets purchased for advance draws (after June 8, 2018) will also be eligible if they are purchased by June 8, :59:59 p.m. AST 7. Any cancel wagers/tickets purchased on alc.ca or prolinestadium.com will not be eligible for this contest. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY: 1. This contest is sponsored by Atlantic Lottery Corporation and is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada at the time of entry and draw, with the exception of employees of Atlantic Lottery Corporation or any immediate family of the aforementioned. Immediate Family means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above and resides with that employee. 2. Contestants must have a valid alc.ca account. 3. Self-excluded members purchases made during the Contest Period will be eligible for entry. 4. Only opted-in members that receive the bonus offer communication are eligible for the bonus period entries. 5. ALC, in its complete discretion, may disqualify an alc.ca member from participation in this contest and/or may refuse to award a prize under this contest to the participant if that participant s membership on alc.ca is, or at any point throughout the Contest Period has been, suspended. 6. Please note: Any individual who has falsified their registration information will be ineligible to receive any prize upon winning. 7. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Players can obtain an entry which will be added by an ALC contest official. Players can obtain this by sending a hand drawn facsimile of the Atlantic Lottery Corporation logo and the alc.ca username of the entrant. All requests for an online entry must be received by Atlantic Lottery Corporation prior to the end of the Contest Period. 8. Limit of one request per envelope. No mechanical reproductions of requests permitted. Players must have an active alc.ca member account upon receipt by ALC of the request. The approximate retail value of each IP Experience is $2,890 CAD. 4. The 2018 Cavendish Beach Music Festival will take place on July 6, 7, 8 & 9 in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island. Weekend passes are eligible for admission on July 6, 7 & Atlantic Lottery is not responsible if the concert is canceled for unforeseen reasons. No cash value will be awarded. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. SELECTION OF WINNER: Draw date: June (or as soon as possible thereafter). The potential winner will be selected by a random draw from all of the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. DELIVERY OF PRIZES The winner will be notified by or phone. Winners must provide their info (picture ID and proof of age) in person or via scanner or fax machine within seventytwo (72) hours of being contacted; failure to do this will result in the winner waiving his/her right to the prize. GENERAL RULES 1. In order to be declared a winner, the participant whose entry is selected will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. 2. Winner and Guest must at all times behave appropriately when attending at the facilities and events that form part of the Prize award and must observe the Contest Rules and any other rules or regulations in force on the CBMF perimeter. The Sponsors reserve the right to revoke some or all of the components of the Prize, including revoking the VIP passes to the CBMF event, if the Winner and/or Guest who breaks such rules and/or fails to behave appropriately and to disqualify such Winner and/or Guest. 3. Members who have registered through fraudulent means or have provided false or misleading information will be disqualified. ALC will not be responsible for failed entry attempts for any reason whatsoever. 4. By entering this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Atlantic Lottery Corporation, retailers of Atlantic Lottery Corporation (collectively Released Parties ), and the shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the Released Parties from any claim, loss, expense or other liability arising from participation in this promotion or the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize awarded under the promotion.

4 5. Decisions of Atlantic Lottery Corporation with respect to this promotion are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility and procedure. 6. Atlantic Lottery Corporation has the right, at its sole discretion, to make prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value in the event of unavailability of any specified prize for reasons beyond Atlantic Lottery Corporation s control. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. 7. Winners must accept prizes as awarded. 8. By entering the contest, winners agree to allow Atlantic Lottery Corporation and its agents to publish, and/or broadcast their name, likeness, addresses, voices, statements and submitted photographs without compensation other than the prize awarded. Each winner will be required to execute a consent allowing publication and/or broadcast of their name, likeness, voice, statements and photographs without compensation. 9. All entries become the property of Atlantic Lottery Corporation who assume no responsibility for garbled, illegible, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail, voice messages, or any computer errors or malfunctions. No contest entries will be entered into except with entries selected as potential winners. Requests for official contest rules and regulations or names of prize winner(s) can be mailed to: Atlantic Lottery Corporation, PO Box 5500, 922 Main St., Moncton, NB, E1C 8W6 (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). ALC does/do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of ALC, in its/their sole discretion, the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its/their control, ALC reserves its/their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. ALC reserves their right to modify the official rules and regulations of this contest without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof. ALC reserves their right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these official rules and regulations or otherwise in a disruptive manner. 10. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by ALC for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this contest. ALC will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this contest. ALC is committed to ensuring the privacy of its players and taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure player information is safeguarded. In all cases, information is retained in secure facilities and protected from unauthorized access. ALC will only use or disclose player information for the specific purposes for which it was collected, unless required by law, and will only retain the information long enough to fulfill these purposes, after which time it will be securely destroyed. 11. Atlantic Lottery Corporation is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the alc.ca CBMF VIP Experience contest or awarding the prize in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Atlantic Lottery Corporation. 12. All draws will adhere to the draw procedures established for the draw by Atlantic Lottery Corporation.
