11 The lesson we have larned Seclect the winner,choose right clients and classify them.don t waste resources on non-core clients, BUT Keep them in Pre Incubation programme. Create process with phase and package the services into comprehensible products Increase the level of professionalism (P D C A) Gives logic and direction into development Network player The lesson we have larned Graduation is part of client life cycle Make room for new clients Short term targets vs. long term goals Build the incubator concept in manageable pieces Create small wins to keep financiers and stakeholders satisfied 10
