A sustainable business model can be the competitive advantage which sets your business apart in a competitive and resource-scarce economy. Inaugurated in 2009, the Singapore Sustainability Awards will strengthen Singapore s positioning as a global and regional hub in Sustainable Development solutions and the adoption of sustainable business practices. This will, in turn, drive value creation, business growth potential and new market opportunities across multiple sectors in Singapore. The Singapore Sustainable Awards comprises two Awards categories: SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS AWARDS The Sustainable Business Awards (SBA) 2012 aim to honour businesses which embrace holistic green business model that encompass all three economic, social and environmental dimensions, to achieve the common goal of a sustainable future for one and all. The SBA is open to all businesses registered in Singapore who embraces sustainable business practices. INNOVATION The organisation promotes holistic sustainability performance via the focus on value creation and innovation for the organisation and its key stakeholders.
