All required information must be provided in order for this application to be processed. Incomplete applications will result in delays in processing. 2. Upon submission of this application, it will be submitted for consideration and approval by Taff s Executive Committee. 3. Applicant will be notified in writing of the approval of the application. The date of this notification shall be the commencement date of the applicant s membership in the Federation. Termination 1. Membership may be terminated at any time by giving Taff s Executive Committee one (1) month s notice in writing with the duly completed Membership Termination Form. The effective date of termination of membership shall be one (1) month from the date of receipt of the written notice. 2. All outstanding membership fees must be paid upon termination of membership. 3. The Membership Termination Form can be requested by ing assistant@taff.org.sg. 4. The Federation reserves the right to terminate members in accordance with the terms stated in the Constitution. Suspension 1. The Federation reserves the rights to suspend members. Subscription fees continue to be payable in the event members are suspended. Members may choose to terminate their membership by giving one (1) month s notice in writing. 2. Members will not be entitled to enjoy any of the benefits during suspension.

6 TAFF MEMBERSHIP GROUPS Group 1 2a Description as per Constitution Any company carrying on business in the textile, yarn or apparel industry in the Republic of Singapore shall be eligible as a member. Any company providing designing services or engaging in the trading or buying house services, offering consultancy or other related services to the fashion industry in the Republic of Singapore, shall, at the discretion of the Management Committee, be eligible as Member. Any company carrying out business or services in the fashion lifestyle design and/or retail business in the Republic of Singapore shall be eligible as a member. Any person, providing or engaging in the services of designing or merchandising in the fashion industry in the Republic of Singapore shall be eligible as Member. Voting Rights Yes Yes 2b Any company carrying out business or services in the fashion footwear and accessories design and/or retail business in the Republic of Singapore shall be eligible as Member. Yes 3a Any company providing services or support to the fashion Industry shall, at the discretion of the Management Committee, be eligible as Associate Member (Supporting Industries). Any non-singapore registered company carrying on business in the fashion industry, or providing designing services or engaging in the trading or agencies, or offering consultancy or other related services to the fashion industry, shall, at the discretion of the Management Committee, be eligible as Associate Member (Support).
