3 SOLICITATION OVERVIEW Solicitation Purpose The Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to implement a common/shared use passenger processing system (C/SUPPS) at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), with the ability to expand. The new common/shared use system will replace the existing passenger processing system and provide a standard passenger processing interface for multiple airlines, while providing flexibility and scalability for HAS. As part of this RFP, the Proposer shall provide system design services, implementation of software, hardware, integration and interfaces, technical services and on-going maintenance and support.
