4 SOLICITATION OVERVIEW Solicitation Purpose The city of Houston (city), Houston Airport System (HAS) is looking for a single vendor solution to provide Basic Services for the Subway Train System s Operations and Maintenance Services requirements at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), for a five (5) year period.
