Staff from WED represented both WED, Buffalo, Y & WXXI at IAGARA FROTIER IDUSTRY EDUCATIO COUCIL S Career Fair ight on March 12,. WXXI participated in Alfred University s Virtual Job Fair, April 8-12,. 5 Internship Program As part of its community commitment to serve the public, WXXI has worked with colleges and high schools in and out of the Monroe County area in numerous internship opportunities. These internships prepare the participants for possible careers in broadcasting and related professions. Available Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer semesters. Ongoing. WXXI Reachout Radio sponsored a totally blind intern, learning how to be an on-air radio host and run the operations of a radio station. April - June 14
