1 Summary of Qualifications Kelly holds an Interdisciplinary PhD. in American Indian Studies from Oklahoma University. Kelly has participated in and contributed to projects representing several aspects of Cultural Resources Management and Traditional Cultural Properties. These include archaeological survey, testing, and excavation; mapping using GPS; historical file research among archival collections of North America and its territories. She has also completed site form writing and editing; analysis, interpretation, and presentation in reports and professional conferences in the United States; Kelly has participated in public outreach and educational efforts among American Indian and Chamorro descendant communities. For over a decade Kelly has taught coursework and supervised graduate students at institutions of higher education in the Midwest. Her experience in archaeology includes Phases I, II, and III survey and excavation in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Guam.
