2 CHASING HISTORY The Buckeye senior trio of Bo Jordan, Kyle Snyder and Nathan Tomasello have a chance to accomplish something no group has ever done in NCAA wrestling history. They could become the first teammate trifecta to all earn their fourth All-American status in the same year. STABLE FULL OF HORSES Ohio State s roster is littered with All-Americans, totaling seven, yes, count em, SEVEN returning All-Americans. In addition to the three mentioned above, Micah Jordan, Joey McKenna, Myles Martin and Kollin Moore have also found their way to the NCAA podium in past seasons. 2

5 THE CHAMP HE S GOLDEN In Rio, a then-20-year-old Kyle Snyder became the youngest Olympic gold medalist in U.S. wrestling history and first OSU Olympic champion since IN THE LAST TWO YEARS Since September of 2015, Snyder has won two World championships, two Big Ten championships, two NCAA titles and an Olympic gold medal. FIRST SINCE 60 Snyder became the first active Ohio State student-athlete to win Olympic gold since Jerry Lucas (basketball) did so at the 1960 Games. MATCH OF THE CENTURY In a bout that was dubbed The Match of the Century, Snyder defeated Olympic and two-time world champion Abdulrashid Sadulaev of Russia, 6-5, to win the 97-kilogram gold medal and clinch Team USA s first men s freestyle world team title in 22 years at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships. 5
