12 Clery Act Compliance Strategic Objectives Division Priority: Enhance prevention, intervention and response programs to ensure a safe environment for students and staff Related strategy: Identify Campus Security Authorities (CSA) within District Police and at each Orange Technical College (OTC) Location. Once identified each CSA will be required to receive annual training. Sample Measure Percent of Campus Security Authorities receiving annual training - Target: 100% - Year-to-Date Results: *4.9% * Note: Training was created and is rolling out this month 12
