The basic information on the said events are as follows: a.) 11 th NATIONAL JAMBOREE, SCOUT OF CHINA : 30 June 06 July 2018 Venue: Taichung, Taiwan Participants are expected to arrive on 30 June and may leave on the 06 July Fee : Scout and Adult Leader USD and IST USD200 Deadline: May 30, 2018 b.) 5 TH INTERNATIONAL PATROL JAMBOREE : August 2018 Venue: Mt. Seorak (World Jamboree Complex), Gangwon Province, South Korea Participants are expected to arrive on 02 August and may leave on the 07 August 2018 Fee : Scout and Adult Leader USD and IST USD200 Deadline: June 15, 2018 c.) 1 st ASEAN ROVER MOOT : December 2018 (participants are requested to arrive on 9 December 2018 and may leave on the 16 December 2018) Venue: Games Village Berakas, Brunei Darussalam Fee : USD Participants: Rover Sout (aged years old and Adult Leaders (aged years old) Deadline: 31 July Qualification of Participants: Scout Applicants - Duly registered Scouts - Must be physically fit and in good health - The Scout must have attended BSP Regional/National Jamboree

2 Scout Leader Applicants - Duly registered with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Must be physically fit and in good health - The applicant must have attended BSP Regional/National Jamboree International Service Team Applicants - Duly registered with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines - IST applicant should be 18 years of age - Must be physically fit and in good health - The IST applicant must have attended BSP Regional/National Scout Jamboree as National Service Team (NST) Mode of Selection: The National Office, BSP reserves the right to select the members of the delegation based, firstly on qualification and secondly, on a first reservation acceptance basis. All prospective participants attending international scout jamboree MUST attend the prejamboree training to be conducted by the BSP National Office. 4. Documentation: Qualified participant must be holder of a valid Philippine Passport, which can be obtained at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office located in various cities/provinces nationwide. 4. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines will provide the following supplies and equipment which is included in the cost of participation. 1 pc Salakot 1 pc International Neckerchief 5 pcs Contingent Patch 5. Visa Requirements for Korea only - Visa Application Form completely filled up - A Valid Philippine Passport (old and new), undamaged - Three (3) Passport Size Colored Photos with White Background - Supporting documents needed during interview (all originals) A. For Adults - Bank Certification/s with Bankbook or Statement of Account for 3 months - Certificate of Employment including applicant s position, working record and monthly/annual income and approved leave of absent - If self-employed Business Name/Permit or SEC Registration - Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (if married) with NSO security paper - Latest Individual Income Tax Return (ITR) - If government employee, Authority to Travel is required B.
