4 The InterTEC Project The InterTEC CTEIP project provides a suite of software tools for distributed testing of net-centric systems InterTEC develops and integrates net-centric system test tools InterTEC software tools enable comprehensive distributed LVC T&E of net-centric warfighting systems 24 JITC-accredited T&E applications fielded nationally at Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine & contractor sites InterTEC tools support the planning, execution, data collection, and analysis of large-scale distributed T&E events involving systems-ofsystems communicating over multiple C4ISR protocols 4

13 C4ISR Data Collection and Analysis Collect, display and analyze a diverse set of C4ISR protocols (Link 11, Link 16, VMS, USMTF, OTH-G) and ground truth (Simulation-generated data and Range TSPI data) Perform real-time display of test event activities to the Test Director with an indication of test run validity while it is in progress Perform detailed post-event analysis down to the bit level Identify fundamental causes and effects of observed behaviors and identify inconsistency with MIL-STD requirements 13
