17 IMTS Levels of Service Table 1: Definition of Levels of Service Level # Title Description 1 Full 24/7/ hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year 2 Two Shifts Per hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a Day year (basically two shifts of either 8 or 10 hrs) 3 Single Shift 8-12 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year 4 Set times per day 5 Weekends & Holidays Lockages (including recreation craft) at set times per day. For example 8 a.m. and 4 pm. Lockages on weekends and holidays only 6 Appointment Commercial lockages by appointment* 25
