Prior to taking that role he held the posieon of Business Manager for the CFT and Field Services Division; providing business and financial management for Vehicle, LogisEcs and AviaEon Maintenance Programs. From 2005 to 2007, as a Senior Project Manager in Iraq he managed the training and vehicle maintenance program. Prior to his return to AECOM, Mr. Mitchell worked for Noor USA LTD as the OperaEonal and Business Manager providing both technical and accouneng support for the IAMP and Taji Depot Projects in Iraq. Mr Mitchell served in the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer compleeng assignments ranging from Shop Officer to Detachment Commander. He deployed to Iraq in February of 2003.

Prior to CCAD, he was responsible for the management of more than 1200 employees throughout the United States performing; RESET, ModificaEon Work Orders (MWOs), scheduled, un-scheduled, and depot maintenance on US Army helicopters for the OLR RASM-P region.

When AFGS was awarded a sub contract from ANHAM for US Army Sustenance Prime Vendor (SPV), Mr. Zekria and his staff swi@ly located 480 skilled and unskilled laborers for the Baghram locaeon of the program. His team located, interviewed, veied, and completed medical, background checks, biometrics and in processed all 480 in six days. Prior to AFGS and some other consultant posieons, he started working for the US government in 2002 where he worked directly for the US Department of State at the US Embassy in Afghanistan. While with the State Department, he held the posieon of Protocol Specialist and Assistant to US PresidenEal Special Envoy and Ambassador. In this posieon, he was responsible for all US government liaison work directly with Afghan President office and facilitated the communicaeons from US PresidenEal Special Envoy Office and 23 US agencies to Afghan PresidenEal Office for a successful first Eme eleceon process in Afghanistan history. His successor was a US ciezen. In 2004 and at the height of the build up of the US Embassy, he conenued his career with the State Department at the US Embassy Afghanistan as Human Resources Management Specialist. He was responsible for an employee increase from 100 local naeonals to 700 and 200 US ciezens to 1,200, which was all completed within 30 days. This posieon required frequent visits and to obtain leadership development trainings with Foreign Service InsEtute of DOS in the United States.. He possesses a Masters & Bachelors in Business AdministraEon and brings more than 18 years of experience staffing and managing mule-funceonal operaeons.
