17 GENAD BEST PRACTICES FOR EERCISES Assign Experienced GENAD to TA. Become Involved During Exercise Planning. Ensure there is an Experienced GENAD on TT who can Mentor the TA GENAD. TA GENAD Takes Time to Write High Quality Gender Annexes and Appendix. Stick to Basic Gender Concepts: FETs/METs CRSGBV/SEA Support the Military Objective, as Stated in Gender Functional Planning Guide GENAD Must Speak up, Especially During Targeting Events. Time is Short at Exercises.
