6 Logistics Civil Augmentation Program The Army s external global support contract that provides logistics anytime anywhere. Currently supporting operations in Middle East and Africa. Provides; Base life support services, Materiel management, transportation, maintenance, engineering, & special services. Operation Inherent Resolve Operation Resolute Support Operation United Assistance Operation Observant Compass Providing global corporate resources to support worldwide operations 6

7 Army Prepositioned Stocks Stores materiel on land and aboard ships for emergency combat and humanitarian contingencies. Warehouses store major items, repair parts, and life support materiel. Sets are located in; US, Europe, Pacific, Middle East, and afloat. Expanding sets in Europe, Korea, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Collaborates with U.S. Forces Command to increase fleet readiness rates through redistribution of equipment. Positioning equipment in support of Army activity sets in Europe, and the Pacific. Synchronizes strategic mobility for AMC activities. U.S. Army Garrison Rock Island Responsible for base operations, maintaining roads and infrastructure, and ensuring that tenants at the Arsenal have a safe and functional work environment as they support U.S. Armed Forces worldwide. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District Primarily a civil works district, administering federal water resource development programs in portions of Iowa and Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri.
