7 Partnering with Small Businesses DISA provides small businesses with opportunities to participate at the prime and sub-contract levels In fiscal year 2017, DISA awarded $1.7 billion in prime contracts to small businesses DISA recently awarded the SETI program contract and Other Transaction Agreement for the NBIS prototype Carlen Capenos was recently named the new director of DISA's Office of Small Business Programs 7
