2 NSRWA PMO at a Glance MISSION The mission of the Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft (NSRWA) Project Office is to procure, field and sustain non-standard rotorcraft for the Department of Defense (DoD), allied countries or as directed by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) in support of Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) VISION Establish and maintain the premiere Aviation Support Enterprise consisting of empowered acquisition professionals dedicated to providing proactive, timely and consistent programmatic support to the Soldier 2

10 Summary DoDs involvement in non-standard rotary wing aircraft management is significantly different than 2009 Apply Army programmatic rigor Meeting cost, schedule & performance metrics The scope and responsibility of the NSRWA PMO fleet continues to grow Not just Mi-17s. Scout/Attack PD portfolio will continue to expand to meet the needs of our Partner Nations PM NSRWA committed to strengthening th US aviation industrial base Despite the Challenges, the NSRWA Team has delivered 99 new aircraft to Commanders in the Field and to our Partner Nations 10
