What do you see as the major challenge(s) facing the organization, and what strategic ideas and solutions would you offer? I believe that one of the challenges is in the education offerings we have in the National Ski Patrol. We need to remain relevant by monitoring the needs of the industries we serve and tailoring our offerings to meet those needs. Our OEC Six would be a good example. Another challenge is in the balance between Volunteer and paid Patrols as we move into the future. The imitative regarding OEC certification for EMTs is a good example of this Summarize why you would be the best candidate for membership on the NSP's Board of Directors. I believe that my background in the private sector with leadership experience and my extensive experience within the National Ski Patrol in Leadership positions has prepared me well to serve the membership as a National Board member.
