1 ANNOUNCEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED LINE 3 PIPELINE PROJECT Under the authority of the Public Utilities Coission (Coission), the Final Environental Ipact Stateent (FEIS) for Enbridge Energy s proposed Line 3 Pipeline Project (Line 3 Project) is available for public review. At the direction of the Coission, the Departent of Coerce (Departent) prepared this EIS in cooperation with the Departent of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to evaluate the potential huan and environental ipacts of the proposed Line 3 Project. The FEIS responds to tiely substantive coents received on the Draft EIS. FEIS Availability The FEIS can be viewed on the Departent s Line 3 website: n.gov/coerce/energyfacilities/line3. Addresses the potentially significant issues and alternatives raised in scoping so that all significant issues for which inforation can be reasonably obtained have been analyzed in conforance with Rules, part , ites G and H; B. Provides responses to the substantive coents received during the draft EIS review concerning issues raised in scoping; and C.
