Insurance The sending and receiving institutions will previde assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

In case when the students would like to visita doctor on a regular basis (i.e. in cases other than emergency) and their insurance does not cover this option, they can buy additional health insurance in Poland, in arder not to pay for every single visit. Also, the students should make sure at their insurance company what the reimbursement procedure is, namely, whether they have to pay for the visit at the doctor's _ first and they will receive their reimbursement upon arrivai to their home country, or otherwise. 4. Housing The receiving institution will guide incoming mobile participants in finding accommodation, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
