In ESN Roma ASE, we work to make the best year of your life even better with us. That s why we organize trips, parties, cultural and sport events. We are all university students, most of us have done an Erasmus and we don t earn any money from what we do: ESN Roma ASE is a non-profit, non-party, independent voluntary association.

3 To take part in our activities, you need and ESNcard: the ESN Family gives this card to all of its members. With the ESNcard you can also get discounts with our partners (check here), and you will have the right to get the Ryanair discounts for Erasmus students. You can also use the ESNcard in you home Country! 9 The so-called Codice Fiscale is the tool used to identify the citizen in relations with institutions and public administrations. It is necessary to open a bank account or to access the health service and the university canteen, we suggest you to request it as soon as possible! Once you ve found a home, come to our office with the address of your accommodation, we will help you fill out the form and we will direct you to the office of competence. The office hours for the issue of the fiscal code are: Mon/Wed/ Fri from 08:00 to 13:30, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:00 to 15:30. The three addresses you can refer to are: - Via Ippolito Nievo Via Marcello Boglione 25 - Via Canton 20 Alternatively you can request it directly in the university city of La Sapienza during the Welcome Week (17-21 September)

10 The cafeteria is the most convenient place to eat abundantly and at a low price during your university days: the cost is 3 for a complete meal (first course, main course, dessert or fruit). You can require the access by presenting to the ADISU office your identity document, cofice fiscal and Erasmus certificate. The ADISU is located in via Cesare De Lollis 22 (on the map at the end of the guide is number 38). Hours: Mon-Fri 9-15; it is possible to obtain accreditation from 12 September 2018.

11 To get medical assistance you have to go to the nearest ASL and ask for the general practitioner's assignment, free of charge by showing the codice fiscal and the identity card. In case of emergency, assistance is free in all hospitals.

13 The monthly ticket for public transport costs 35 and there are no discounts for students; the cost of a single ticket is If your Erasmus scholarship lasts 10 months you will prefer to buy the annual subscription which costs 250 (you will save 10 a month!).

ESN Roma ASE has always organized activities for all tastes: from travel, to parties, to sporting, cultural and social events, with us you will never run the risk of getting bored. Here is a brief presentation of our main activities... Come and discover all the stuff!

15 TANDEM During our Tandem evenings, through games and exchanges of experiences with other students, you will have the opportunity to improve your level of Italian (or other languages), make new friends and learn more about Italian culture and other countries that join the Erasmus project. CULTURAL VISITS We will offer you cultural visits to the most important tourist sites and museums in Rome, during which our members will explain step by step everything you need to know. Generally you can also enjoy, with us, an entry at a reduced price! ERASMUS PARTY Friday is the day of the "Erasmus Party"! The only party where you can find the real Erasmus atmosphere in the best nightclubs in Rome, with discounts on drinks and free or reduced admission for all registered members. Our animation will also propose many themed parties! COCKTAIL NIGHT One of the most successful activities! Every Tuesday we will get togheterin a pub where you can meet many Erasmus and, showing our card at the cash desk, you will have drinks at very low prices. SPORT TOURNAMENTS, PIC-NIC, SOCIAL EVENTS complete our offer... Follow us on the Instagram and Facebook pages to stay up to date!

16 ESN Roma ASE is part of the ESN (Erasmus Student Network) network, so it s in contact with all the other national and international sections. When we organize a trip we contact the volunteers of the section of the place we are going to visit, and with them we always find the most convenient offers. Since we are 100% non-profit, we only charge real costs! For these and other reasons, taking part in one of our trips is not only the funniest way to get to know the most important cities in Italy with the company of many friends, but it is also the cheapest.
