ERASMUS+ KA1 Learning mobility for individuals (for study & for traineeship) Call for proposals : 900 mobility scholarships for 673 financial agreements signed. 200 cultural and scientific international cooperation agreements. 5 How to Arrive 1 Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata can be easily reached by Underground + Bus. The nearest Underground Line A stop is Anagnina (line A last stop). At Anagnina take bus n 20 (express line) or bus n 500. From Fiumicino Airport Take a taxi ( approximately 50 ) or by train from Air Terminal to Termini railway station and then take Underground line A till the last stop Anagnina. From Ciampino Airport Take a taxi ( approximately 20 ) or by a special bus (ATRAL).

8 University Requirements n.1 Incoming Student (IN-S) with a Mobility for study scholarship will register by him/herself on-line (COMPULSORY) at the following address: * only after the official nomination by the partner University; ** between the May 5 and July 1 (for autumn term/whole year) and from October 5 till December 1 (for spring term).

9 University Requirements n.2 IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL IN-S MUST get the Italian Fiscal Code card (CODICE FISCALE) at the following address: Via di Torre Spaccata 110 How to arrive: Underground line A- Subaugusta stop Bus 213 till Torre Spaccata/Pelizzi stop and 5 min walking Or Underground line A- Anagnina stop Bus 20 till Ciamarra/Rizzieri stop and 6 min walking The Italian fiscal code card, officially known as Italy's Codice Fiscale, is the tax code card in Italy, similar to a Social Security Number (SSN) card in the United States or the National Insurance Number issued in the United Kingdom. The tax code in Italy is an alphanumeric code of 16 characters. The card serves to identify unambiguously individuals residing in Italy irrespective of residency status. Designed by and for the Italian tax office, it is now used for several other purposes, e.g. uniquely identifying individuals in the health system, or natural persons who act as parties in private contracts.

11 University Requirements n. 4 IN-S is required to hand the copies of the following documents to the Erasmus+ Central Office: 1. the certificate issued by his/her home university testifying that he/she has been awarded a mobility for study scholarship, or a copy of his/her Erasmus+ contract; 2. two passport photos; 3. a copy of the Codice Fiscale; GUIDE TO REQUEST FISCAL CODE: 4. a copy of his/her valid document such as passport/identity card; 5. his/her E.U. Public Health Card.

12 University Requirements n. 5 After registration IN-S has to go to Lazio DI.S.U. Office Via Cambridge, 6 Canteen Office (BUS n. 20) - Tel from Monday to Friday , for the canteen card. In order to receive the card, the IN-S has to hand in the following documents: a) ATTESTATO DI IMMATRICOLAZIONE (enrolment certificate) issued by the Erasmus+ Central Office; b) Two passport photos; c) Codice Fiscale.
