1 MN ANFP FALL CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION Application Deadline: June 1 MN ANFP is offering scholarships to attend the MN State ANFP annual conference. The scholarship will be offered to ANFP members who desire to further their career potential as a CDM, CFPP. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Applicant must be working at least 50% time in a foodservice environment or actively seeking employment in the food service field. Applicant must demonstrate need for the scholarship. Completed Scholarship applications must be received by June 1 st for consideration and applicants will be notified of the results by September 1 st APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Please only include information that has been requested. Any applications that do not meet the following criteria or are illegible will be disqualified. Answer every space on the Scholarship Application. A blank space will be considered an incomplete application. Please include an essay on why you would benefit from this scholarship. Application, essay, and referrals must be submitted by the published deadlines. SELECTION PROCESS The Scholarship Committee will review all applications and select the current years Scholarship Recipients. All applicants will be notified by September 1. HOW WILL THE SCHOLARSHIP BE AWARDED? Your registration will automatically be paid and you will receive a voucher for the hotel at the conference registration desk.
