Attested Photocopy of College Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate. 4. Students who have passed HSC or equivalent examination from other than Maharashtra Board Photo copy of the Receipt of the Fees paid for obtaining Provisional Eligibility Certificate (later on submit the provisional eligibility certificate). Undertaking for eligibility. 5. Students seeking admission under Category- B (Gujarati Minority) should submit valid/relevant documents of Gujarati Minority and Affidavit on a Stamp paper of Rs.100/-. Note: 1. Father/ Mother/ Local Guardian who has signed the admission form, any one should be present along with the student at the time of Admission. 2. Payment will be accepted only by Demand Draft Or Pay Order in Favour of MITHIBAI DEGREE COLLEGE UNAIDED COURSES Class Fees Rs. Class Fees Rs.
