The details of the posts & eligibility criteria thereof are mentioned below: Maximum age limits (as on 1 st January 2016) Monthly Consolidated remuneration No of posts lying vacant Place of engagement Required Educational Qualification 40 years Rs.15,000/- 1(One) DRDA, Sundargrah Master Degree in Sociology/ Social Work/ Economics/ Mass Communication/ MBA in Rural Management or 2years of PG Diploma in Rural Management/ Rural Development from any recognized University/ Institutions. 40 years Rs.12,500/- 13 (Thirteen) (@ one post in each block) Lephripara, Tangarpali, Subdega, Balisankera, Bargaon, Rajgangpur, Nuagaon, Kuarmunda, Lathikata, Kutra, Koira, Bonaigarh, Gurundia Blocks Master Degree in Sociology/ Social Work/ Economics/ Mass Communication/ MBA in Rural Management or 2years of PG Diploma in Rural Management/ Rural Development from any recognized University/ Institutions. N.B- (1) Separate Application needs to be submitted for Separate Post i.e. MGNREGA Coordinator & Addl. Programme Officer(Different Application Form for different blocks should be submitted). (2) The last date for receipt of Application Forms in DRDA, Sundargarh is (5.00 PM). 2 MGNREGA COORDINATOR AT DISTRICT LEVEL Terms and Conditions: The post is contractual/temporary and will be engaged initially for one year. The contractual agreement may be extended/renewed subject to satisfactory performance render by the employee. The Ink-Signed Application shall be sent only through Registered Post/ Speed Post and must reach the DRDA, Sundargarh on or before 15 th March 2016 (By 5.00 PM). Application sent in other mode shall be rejected. The Authority shall not be responsible for Postal Delay in receiving the Application Form. The District Rural Development Agency, Sundargarh reserves all the right to accept or reject any or all the application(s) without any result thereto. Method of Recruitment: Selection of Candidates for the contractual engagement shall be purely based on merit. The applicants interested for applying for the above mentioned post shall have to download the prescribed application form from The applicants shall sent the filled in Application Form along with attested copies of relevant certificates showing date of birth, required qualification, two nos. of attested passport size (3.5*2.5) photographs and all other documents as prescribed in the check list in the address of Project Director, DRDA, Sundargarh, At/Po- Sundargarh, District-Sundargarh PIN The envelope must be super scribed APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MGNREGA Coordinator. One Envelope with self address having Rs.40/- Postal Stamp should be enclosed with the Application Form. The Application Forms having incomplete information/documents shall be summarily rejected. Selection Procedure: 1. The applications to be received on or before 15 th March 2016 shall be taken into consideration for scrutiny in order to their eligibility for the post on the following manners: A. Applications receive by Registered Post/Speed Post shall only be considered. The Application receive through any other means shall be rejected. B. Applications receive after the due date i.e shall be rejected. C. The candidates not fulfilling the age criteria as on 1 st January 2016 shall be rejected. D. The candidates, who will not fulfilling the required educational qualifications, as laid down in the advertisement for the post shall be disqualified. 2. After considering the objections, the provisional merit list of eligible candidates shall be prepared. 6. During preparation of provisional merit list, the following weightage shall be given as per marks secured by the candidates in the respective examinations for the post. The candidates placed at Sl.1 to Sl.3 of the provisional merit list will be called for verification of original documents. 2. In case of suppression of any facts, non-production of original documents during verification, resorting of any other kind of manipulation, the Scrutiny Committee shall reject the candidature of the Applicant. Engagement of Candidates: 1. The engagement for the post of MGNREGA Coordinator will be issued to the candidate as per Final Merit List (having highest weightage if he/she fulfills all eligibility criteria). 2. If the candidate having highest weightage fails to fulfill all other eligibility criteria or fails to attend for verification of documents as per the date fix, the candidate having next highest weightage shall be considered. 3. In case the selected candidate will not join in his place of posting, or break the contract agreement in between, the next candidate as per Waiting List will be considered for engagement. 4. DRDA, Sundargarh will enter an engagement with the selected candidate for the post of MGNREGA Coordinator.
