Should have a website ready which should be activated immediately after e allotment of e conference. 6. There has been some demand from members to have a session devoted to problem cases diagnostic or management irrespective of e outcome. We could have one half devoted to cranial and one to spinal. 7. Neurotrauma practice has many and intricate legal repercussions. I do feel at we need to devote some quality time discussing e various aspects. 8. The chairpersons should be forewarned at it is eir job to ensure at people stick to e time allotted to em. 9. There should be arrangement for lights to a beeper to sound 2 minutes before time is up, for lights to come on 1 minute prior and for projection to stop at e appointed time. This is technically feasible. 10. The President Elect will be e Ex-Officio Chairman of e Scientific committee. He, in association wi e Society Secretary and e Organising Secretary will be responsible for e timely and proper preparation of scientific program.

The President elect shall automatically become e President in e following year. There shall be no election for e post of President. Eligible candidates can apply for e post. Who is Eligible 1. Only life members can contest for e post. 2. You should have been a full member for a continuous period of 5 years. 3. No member of e E.C. can take charge of office of any oer post of e Society wiout completing e term of existing post. 4. No member is eligible to contest for more an one post in e same election. 4 NEUROTRAUMA INSTITUTIONAL AWARD Last Date: 30 June 2013 Proposals are invited for Neurotrauma Institutional Award of Neurotrauma Society of India for e year to be awarded during e National Neurotrauma conference at Guwahati, 23-25, August st st 1. Best work done in Neurotrauma by e institution from 1 April 2012 to 31 March, Institutions who have already received e award during e past will not be considered for e award. 3.
